Υπόθεση:
Όταν μια ναυτική πυραυλική άσκηση πάει στραβά, εκτοξεύοντας μια σειρά πυραύλων στην Ατλαντίδα, ο Βασιλιάς της (Ocean Master), το εισπράττει σαν κήρυξη πολέμου και θέτει σε εφαρμογή επιθέσεις ύδατος-στεριάς που είχε σχεδιάσει μαζί με τον αδερφό του τον Aquaman πολλά χρόνια πριν. Η Ατλαντίδα στέλνει γιγαντιαία κύματα σε παράκτιες πόλεις όπως η Gotham, η Metropolis και η Βοστόνη, με στόχο την εισβολή και την βύθισή τους.
